● Clients call Bryan after they’ve purchased a lot or property and need a construction proposal for their
renovation or development project. They’re looking for pricing on a new project, subcontractor
recommendations if they’re self-GC’ing, or an architect or engineer recommendation to get the project
moving.
● Within the first 30 to 60 days, clients are set up on an online portal with daily job logs, weekly schedule
updates, and monthly budget updates, plus one of Full Court’s three owners assigned directly to their
project. The firm builds to plan, on budget, and on schedule, and over-communicates any issue or
decision so nothing catches the client by surprise.
● Bryan’s ideal clients are owners, CEOs, and COOs who are full-time real estate developers running
projects of 20 to 200 units, whether new construction, renovation, or commercial fit-outs. They’re
transparent, pay on time, and are willing to collaborate through the obstacles that come up along the
way.
I am originally from Huntingdon Valley PA and am a graduate of Abington Friends Highschool and Bucknell University. I currently reside in Northern Liberties area in Philadelphia with my beautiful fiancé Kayla. Growing up Basketball was my passion. I was fortunate enough to play at all three levels, high school, collegiate, professionally. Professionally, I played two seasons for Maccabi Haifa and Hod Hasharon in the Israeli Premier League. I was able to win a championship in my first season with Maccabi Haifa in 2013 against Maccabi Tel Aviv. After my basketball career, I worked in the insurance industry for multiple companies. My brother and I found a passion in real estate and started Full Court Development in 2017. Full Court is a development and construction management firm. We specialize in development and construction of new construction, mix used multi-family buildings in the Philadelphia area. We currently have roughly 150 units under asset management and have completed 6 million in constriction revenue in 2021. My brother and I love to be able to provide great multi-family buildings to the city that we grew up in.
