Our clients are CEOs of private companies, owners of family businesses and high-growth founders past seed funding. We assess their businesses to identify recommended actions. Then the CEO of the client chooses which operations and recruiting services they want to improve their business and take advantage of discovered opportunities.
The operations help we provide often relates to strategic planning, coaching, business projects, staff & HR, process improvement, revenue growth or finances. Since 2000, we have performed pivotal operations & recruiting services for over 90 clients.
