Matt Lipson is a Managing Director at Tactix Real Estate Advisors, where he partners with clients to develop and execute tailored commercial real estate strategies that support both operational needs and financial objectives. Known for a client-first approach, Mattbrings experience across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and portfolio planning for office, retail, and industrial properties.
Since entering the industry in 2020, Matt has advised organizations of all sizes on strategic planning, market research, financial underwriting, and transaction execution. He works closely with corporate clients through every phase of the real estate process, from initial needs assessment and site selection through negotiation and deal closing, with a focus on driving efficiency and long-term value. His experience includes assignments for Snipes, Philadelphia Magazine, Comcast, Hopeworks, and other Mid-Atlantic organizations.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Matt worked in digital marketing in New York City for one of the world’s largest media brands. There, he developed a strong foundation in data-driven analysis and strategic communications, experience he now applies to market intelligence and turning complex data into actionable insights.
Matt grew up outside Philadelphia and attended The Haverford School before earning his BA from The George Washington University School of Business. Outside the office, he can often be found walking around Philadelphia with his wife, Rhea, and their daughter, Hallie, or spending time on the golf course.
